Strategic partnerships and effective networking for sustainable Agroforestry research, development and education in Southern Africa region

| Description: | Objective of this project is to establish functional national agroforestry partnerships in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia and Tanzania: extending and strenghtening links between organisations with complementary capacities and means. Specifically concerning the participation of women in agroforestry, the mapping of womens groups in the region and strengthen their efficient and acceptabel involvement. An important part of the project focusses on the local (Zimbabwan) activities of the Farmers-of-the Future initiative of the World Agroforestry Centre (also supported by VVOB). |
