| Description: | The research is going to value on farm animal genetic resources and thus measuring the potential of indigenous livestock breeds. The research will comprise an empirical study aiming to value on farm animal genetic resources and thus measuring the potential of indigenous livestock breeds. The approach can be divided into 2 mayor parts, namely an ex-post observation of the world-wide genetic spreading of indigenous breeds and an ex-ante approach based on data of identified disease resistances of indigenous breeds. |
