CO.BIO Scientific cooperation for development of research and transfer of know-how for organic farming

| Description: | The project intends to identify organic extra-virgin oil and tipical wines qualities (such as organoleptic, nutritional, etc) as well as a technological approach to be introduced in the wine and olive oil organic chain. Main activities are: - establishment of a system “from farm to fork” cooperating with enterprises. To realize this, organic breeding products of olive and wine-growing cultivar, and transformation and storage techniques will be researched and developed; - Training in class and “on the job” of new researchers; - Dissemination of results of research to farm and enterprises though two technological windows. |
