| Description: | On a bilateral level, development cooperation acts within the sphere of international relations with developing countries following criteria of geographic priority and concentration of aid. In that light, integrated plans for intervention have been drafted in agreement with the recipient countries of cooperation protocols. These agreements are generally signed by joint commission every three years. Their primary aim is to support to developing countries in concert with other major donors and international bodies in the framework of pluriannual country programmes. |
