| Description: | CIM is a joint operation of the Deutschen Gesellschaft fuer Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH and the Federal Employment Institute (BA). Since 1980, the combined development policy and labour market expertise of these organizations has been pooled at CIM. Within the framework of German development cooperation, CIM places experts in Africa, Asia, Latin America and, since 1990, in Central and Eastern Europe as well. The aim is to fill temporary gaps in the supply of qualified, professionally-experienced experts in these countries and to contribute to the long-term capacity of organizations there to function independently. To accomplish this, CIM implements the program 'Integrated Experts' . |
