| Description: | Agromisa is a voluntary organisation whose aim is to support to the rural poor of the South in the process of improving their living conditions. Agromisa's aim is to achieve ecologically sustainable development in the South by making agricultural know-how available to rural people. Our role is to stimulate indigenous development potential. Agromisa provides information on small-scale sustainable agriculture to farmers and their intermediaries in developing countries. Intermediaries include non-governmental organisations (NGOs), agricultural cooperatives and extension workers. Agromisa also provides information and training in the Netherlands on development cooperation. |
